Mandate
- To facilitate discussions, networking and planning to ensure expanded opportunities for affordable and attainable housing alternatives within the community
- To determine applicable strategies on affordable and attainable housing for Council review.

Committee Composition
The Affordable & Attainable Housing Advisory Committee shall be comprised of seven members, including one member of Town Council and six members of the public, with a maximum of nine members.
