A vision for the future
The Community Strategic Plan, adopted on June 28, 2021, outlines a vision for the community based on partnerships and entrepreneurial spirit. The Community Strategic Plan focuses on advancing Tillsonburg in five key areas:

The Plan identifies goals, strategic directions, and priority projects that the Town will strive to complete over the next ten years pending annual budget processes.
The Plan was updated with minor amendments on April 24, 2023.
Developing the Community Strategic Plan
During the spring of 2021, the Town heard from over 400 residents, businesses, community groups and service delivery partners. The vision, goals and priorities contained within the Community Strategic Plan are a direct reflection of this feedback.
The Community Strategic Plan is intended to adapt and evolve based on the needs of the community. We invite residents, businesses, and community groups to stay engaged as the plan is implemented.
The Town of Tillsonburg's previous Community Strategic Plan was developed in 2014 by MMM Group.
