Federal

FedDev Ontario is the federal agency responsible for delivering business support programs in Southwestern Ontario.Their goal is to support a strong southern Ontario economy and position the region to compete globally by:

  • helping tocreate, retain and grow businesses
  • cultivating partnerships
  • building strong communities

The Town of Tillsonburg is pleased to work with FedDev Ontario to support growth and investment in Tillsonburg.

Provincial

The Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure is responsible for delivering business support programs throughout Ontario. The recent merging of Employment and Infrastructure services means that companies looking at a location will be able to find the right site, people and services to be successful.

The Town of Tillsonburg is pleased to partner with the Ontario Government to support growth and investment in Tillsonburg.

Small Business Support

Support for start up companies is offered county-wide through Community Futures Oxford and the Small Business Centre .

The Economic Development Department is pleased to help entrepreneurs by providing an overview of local market conditions, key contacts and real estate advice.

Local Incentives

The Town of Tillsonburg is pleased to offer programs to encourage partnership between the public and private sectors. The goal for these programs is to enable increased investment and job creation in the community.
