The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is responsible for administering the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 (LLCA).
The following municipal information and documentation must be provided to the AGCO in order to support an application for a new liquor sales licence or an extension of a licensed premises to an existing liquor licence.
