The required inspections for your project are noted on CloudPermit and/or on your permit documents.

Step 3: Book an Inspection

Inspections can be scheduled online through CloudPermit, with the below online request form, or by calling the Customer Service Centre. Inspections must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

For permits prior to 2021, please call us at 519-688-3009 ext. 4600 or use the online form to request an inspection. For permits submitted through CloudPermit, please login to request an inspection.
